Meat Mixer

We have been making sausage for many years, but are finding that with age it is getting more difficult. We used to mix the meat and the ingredients by hand but are finding it now too cold on the hands, so we decided to get a meat mixer. We recently purchased a mixer from Princess Auto. The add on the website says it is stainless steel yet when we opened the box the mixing bin and the paddles have a greyish finish, which makes me believe it is not stainless steel. Other than that The mixer looks to be well made. Does anyone have one of these mixers and if so how is the finish standing up?
