Looking for Halibut anchor system

I am looking for an anchor system for halibut fishing. My boat is 24 feet so need at least 30 feet of chain. Let me know what you have. Pictures if you can. I have basic idea of what is needed, but not sure of everything.. Advice is also appreciated. Thanks. Feel free to private message me. Don't want to spend too much, reasonable price. Can maybe work a trade, I have an older Merc. 9.9 kicker that needs bottom end work done on it and an older electric Scotty downrigger with extension boom. Let me know.
