leader length on apex

I am going to try some of the apex's I bought and was wondering if some of you could enlighten me on how to rig them, what # line, what size hooks, what terminal tackle to use and any other tips.
They are 4 and 5 inches long.

I run my leader length at 52 ins on the Apex.
Always check the leader where it comes through the top(front) of the lure , after several hits or fish on the line will fray a bit from running up and down the line or simply tension on the bend as it goes through the eye on the lure.
