Sorry to inform those that knew him, Kevin has passed away in the Philippines. He worked summers at one of the lodges and wintered in the Phillipines. When COVID first hit he was unable to return to Canada and became very ill, not COVID related. He spent months in the hospital as his son tried to find a way to get him home. Unfortunately it didn’t happen.

Met Kevin the first year of the Chum Derby and had one of the most memorial nights of any fishing trips ever as a first night. Rip Kevin

Knew Kevin quite well.
Fished and partied with him lots over the years.
Was just thinking of him yesterday when I dug out the Eaglecraft jacket he gave me for the fall rains.

Sad news.
