ISO Trailer parking/storage Vancouver or Lower mainland

Im looking for place to park my boat trailer long term. Is a 21' single axle, easily moved my hand so awkward or tight spots will do. Would prefer to be able to access whenever or on short notice incase I need it but a isn't deal breaker if not.

Hoping to spend less than $100 a month, closer to $50 would be ideal.

Im a carpenter, and willing to trade work for parking if anyones interested.
