So little weight and cost to add a charging circuit to a kicker that doesn't already have it. That extra source of power/charging could save your butt some day.
I have a charging system on my kicker and a second battery, but I have piece of mind with one of these one board. Mine is similar to this, but not this one. I bought it because there were multiple reviews of people jumping their F trucks etc with it. Fits easily in the glove compartment.
