I'm new here, just found this website, it looks like a great one.
Lookin' for some advise. I'd like to do some fishing on the North Thompson River for Chinook this spring, or somewhere close by and catch some good size fish. Just wondering if it's worth the effort or should I wait for a better time. I'm hoping to do some shore fishing. All I've got now a 14' aluminium with a 6Hrs Johnson motor(3 little ones at home, small budget). Just looking for some good advise on general areas here,or another good area to try.

Thanks guys,
CJ

Thanks Mojo, if I'm out that way I will. I've done a little more homework. I'm hoping to check out the Clearwater area, looks like a steelhead, salmon fish in August.

Take care,
