How to install bc registration # on inflatable?

Can anyone guide me some ways on how to install the registration # on my PVC inflatable boat? Thank you

Yes....it's a 15hp outboard...and I already got the registration # , seeing any good ways to have the number on the bow.

Vinyl stick-on numbers work. I cleaned the area well then rubbed it with alcohol. I used the Blue-skin primer (Home Depot) after masking tape. Then stuck the letters on. After a few minutes I used a bit of solvent on paper towel to carefully rub off the primer between the numbers.
