Its easier for you to understand cartoons isn’t it.

Why Trudeau's reckless deficit spending matters

Deficits don’t matter, that’s what I’ve been told in the week since Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau unveiled a platform last Sunday with deficits as far as the eye could see.

Maybe they don’t matter to voters but they should because right now we spend more money paying the interest on our accumulated deficits than we spend on the Canada Child Benefit, equalization payments and even the military.

Stakes are high when a government shifts away from deficit spending. Landmines abound. The Harper government’s strategy in 2011-12 offers lessons.

KellyAnne is that you? Seriously you're trying to argue that Stats Canada and OECD are not facts and reality?

May I suggest that if you're looking for reliable information you should do what I do and go to reliable sources.

The Liberals solution to removing fish farms is paying for them, kinda like buying a pipe line.

“It’s a question of going through the cost of production needed to make it competitive,” Wilkinson said. “That may involve the government bringing into play some levers to make this happen.”
