I ended up trying this as an experiment after using Osamas buffalo recipe.
It works great with both sauces IMHO. It is quick easy and simple

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt dash and pepper

Optional Seasonings which I add are:
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Chilli powder

Add to a bag and toss in your prawns, hali, ling ( in strips) to coat
Place in the fridge for 1 hour or more..this step is important

Melt butter in a frypan.
Add seafood and fry until about 1 minute from being cooked.
Pour Honey Garlic, buffalo wing sauce or Teryaki over seafood and cook for another minute.

Serve over rice.

If you want a very crispy coating on the seafood use corn flake crumbs instead of flour.

HI trying your reciepe tonight will let you know how it turns out thanks

Sounds good!
Definately peel the prawns first! I find once they are frozen then thawed, they are very easy to Peel. ....
Now fresh ones are another thing.. Osama posted a trick about peeling them.

Drop them it to boiling water for seconds then into ice water if they are fresh and you can peel the quickly.

I do it for Eggs Benny all the time.
