Hey all..I was at wreck beach and saw some boats off shore...maybe under 1km...it was high tide..

First off we were at trail 4 so no nudists lol....just enjoying the day..

I took some pics of a boat laying traps of some sort..what were they for? crabs? prawns?

I'm a newb to prawning/crabbing..just curious what's out there so close to shore...

You can crab anywhere (that is open) you want but there I wouldn’t leave your traps unattended

Traditional harvests should use traditional methods. Should be legal with dug out canoes and no metal or winches. This is total BS.
