I have 2 used helm chairs that I pulled out of my Grady.
1 is an original ladder back grady chair in decent condition except for the armrests which was an issue with all of them, you can either remove or buy a new set on ebay,
the second is an Atwood matrix fully upholstered seat with flip up bottom bolster to convert to a leaning style seat
its in in decent shape, needs a little cleaning but nice seat all the same can be seen here at west marine for 500.00

I would like to get 200 out of the pair and they go as a pair, local lower mainland pick up only, shipping would be out of the question, will post up some actual pictures shortly, both have the lower mounts and seat adjuster/sliders still attached, you will need the post and floor mount
