2 Penn 16VSX 2 speed reels, each loaded with 400 yards of 100 pound test Spectra Braid and 2 Lamiglas BFC 6' 6" XH Halibut rods. Both are in brand new condition. New cost about 900.00 per set up. Open to offers, Qualicum area.

For those who inquired about these rods. Sorry, I was out in Bamfield for the past 2 weeks. Rods are still for sale and are in brand new condition including original boxes for reels.

I would love to go out on a Tuna trip. However I take June, July and August off work to play with my boat and fish. The September timing just won't work for me. Bought the rods to fish Halibut on anchor and have not had to use them yet. I prefer the smaller 20 pounders anyway. Have caught a couple a few years back in the 200 pound range and don't need to do that anymore.
