Halibut near Vancouver

We are heading up to Vancouver this weekend from northern Alberta. Is their any good Halibot spots around their?

Best bet to head over to the Victoria/Sooke area (Vancouver Island)

Don't waste your time fishing around Vancouver for Hali's..even if you get a couple...good luck trying to do it again.

Only now are just a few starting to show up..and the numbers are so small..you're best not even bothering...go directly to Victoria and Sooke or anywhere on the West Coast of Vancouver Island....or even North Vancouver Island if you're wanting a long drive...
