Tough decision but I am offering a lot at Hagards cove which includes moorage at the marina. My lot is .5 acre bare land and am asking $99,900 I am also selling my 21.5 Bayliner for $21,500. would look at putting a package price together if someone is interested.
Boat has a 2006 250 Yamaha with 2011 8 Yamaha high thrust power tilt and start. Main has about 560 hrs. Just guessing the hours as there is no hr meter. Will know for sure once I take it in for servicing. Motor used to belong to D&D Charters and still has warranty until April.
