fuel prices in canada

What is the going rate now for fuel in Canada.... we are paying 3.59 per gallon at the local pumps I don't know what it is on the water.

In Victoria, for marked at the fuel dock as of today is $115.9 per litre, or $4.40 CDN per US gallon, or roughly, $4.30 US per US gallon.
