I totally agree, it will take an absolute extinction of a run before DFO is able to induce measures and Balls to be able to control fisheries on the Fraser, ive been witness to many speeches by Wille Charlie and in no direct words, they will never stop fishing when tradition has told them they can, only when there are no fish will they stop
