So I guess this reinforces what we have been hearing FN's communities saying for some time, that they want to be engaged in collaborative decision making with the other levels of government on management related to resource decisions. That is the new normal. Train has left the station if anyone thinks otherwise.

And due to the Liberals winning the election this will be moved much faster than normal.
Having sat at these type of meetings the FN were very explicit about government to government .

I guess we can just assume these new "IPCA" include large area's of water and sea floor?
