Firefish...tyee pool???

Just a thought with these lures as my wife bought me a couple for anniversary...seems to me that they are within the rules for fishing in the SMZ south of the pool. Any thoughts on that? Does it fail since the hook is 'technically' attached to the hootchie? Obviously easy enough to just straight hook to the glass if so, but it seems like it would be legal and perhaps an advantage to fishing the area.

Thoughts for those in the CR area?

As far as i know. It is a flasher hoochie ban in the pool.So i think yousing just ahoochie is still not aloud?
