Hello, I live on the Island and am going to be buying a 2-1/2 acre piece of forested land. I am hoping to buy an excavator to do site prep, stump removal, foundation excavation, landscaping etc. I am wanting to find a decent machine in the 75-120 category. If you know of a machine for sale, or even if you could provide some advice or suggestions with regard to good machines or even what to avoid, I would very much appreciate it.
