Esquimalt Anglers best tide for bigger boats

Launching and retrieving my 25 footer never seems easy for me. Is that good tide hight that works for other people? Thanks!

I pulled my 23' the other day at about 3' tide -- I had to lift my leg part way to make it to the trailer. My buddy, who is there all the time, recommended 4', which would have been fine.

Right side of ramp is deeper not by much but a bit . I clean up the ramp there. I also launch a boat of similar size

I occasionally lust after a 26, but it wouldn't fit beside my house.
