End of season dry storage?

Anyone with a lead on where a fellow could store his rig for the winter? I am looking for dry storage for a 24' boat ( 27 all in )

They have dry stack facilities down south. Anyone know of anything like that here?

I know of a new storage company out in Sooke. West Coast Super Storage out at 3220 Otter Point Road. www.westcoastsuperstorage.ca. Their rack card says $45/mo for boat storage, 24 hour security, and so on. Call them at 250-642-5551.

a friend of mine has a big shop on a rental property.there are a few boats there already i think . but more money then $45. the shop is in shawnigan lake. oh ya and it`s heated.
