Is probably the best way to describe the new 2021 salmon fishing regulations. However there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Was down at Semiahmoo Fish and Game Club hatchery over the week-end just checking out the returns. It seams that they usually get back through their gates about 110 chinook per year . The last two years though they have averaged over 600 fish.. Maybe better fishing opportunities in the future.
