custom aluminum seat bases/cooler storage

looking for someone on the northshore, or vancouver that could form some aluminum

basically a 4'x2'x2' (LWH) bottomless box with a flange to screw into the deck wiht
cooler would slide underneath from the back
swivel seat on top at the front

anyone know of a great shop?
