Well if one has enough CRAB to make it with out potato good on ya all potato is is a filler and great binder to stretch more crab cakes as you get great flavor either way and still lots of flavor with potaot just way more cakes to share with friends IMO.

Drop the mashed potatoe and put in grated. Drop the curry.....I love curry but why distroy the crab? And if you have enough crab left over make some stuffed mushrrom caps oh and some crab dip. Sorry crab dip was gone before the camera came out.

Looks great Owen. I have to try that recipe soon. I have only made them a few times in the past and it was a long time ago to boot.
