Cowichan lake to Franklin Camp

Anybody been over that stretch of late? How's she looking? I ain't towing anything so no concern there.

It's been two years since I went through there, the road was **** last time.

We were there today. No problems, it's still a logging road - bumpy, dusty, with potholes that we drove around. Closer to Franklin Camp the road is paved - roughly, but it is paved. We even saw someone towing something in a small trailer. Enjoyed the adventure...just hoping it rains hard enough to clean my vehicle for me now.
All bridges in place, new road signs making finding your way easy.

A freind just came from Cowichan last night and said it is rough. But it usually is!! Allow lots of time

Jim, worry more about after you get to franklin camp. I have been threw there plenty over the last coulpe of years and the Bamfeild road was the worst part.
