The coho still around in good numbers along the shoreline from King Coho down to and past Point Holmes to Comox . Also starting to show along the shores in good numbers on the Royston side. Best time to fish is first and last light. For those spin casting when the fish are out further buzzbombs work well, but as they move in closer croc spoons and dymara spoons are working well. If your not catching try going to a smaller spoon. Crome and blue, brass scale and orange stripe etc. To someones suprise a couple days ago he was using a buzzbomb at point holmes and after a good fight thought he had a nice big hoe and it turned out to be 14 lbs spring. The springs are still out there, these are the fall run that go up the puntledge river.
