Cargo rack for boats

Does anyone know if you can get a cargo rack for a boat?

Don't know the dimensions yet, asking for a friend who will figure those out. Just wanted to see if there is any ideas for carrying cargo (traps, totes, coolers etc.) on the roof.

I found a aluminum one off those Japanese delica vans my boat had two roof rails that I mounted it to

It’s a jet so probably used when the boats beached one would assume.. that cargo carrier is steel and powder coated might make one season before it starts to rust horribly and stain the boat, best off talking to a fab shop for something like this if you can find one that isn’t swamped...
