Campbell River returns

Has anyone had any luck on the Campbell lately? I've been out several times and caught nothing but carcasses off the bottom. Haven't seen anything off the logging bridge and Quinsum bridge except dying Springs.

Are the fish just late this year or are the returns just that bad? It sounds like the action has picked up at the Punt, are the fish just not in the system yet?
