I am looking to get my salmon filleted , vacuum packed and frozen in Campbell river in the end of July. Being optimistic I will be successful in Nootka . Anyone have got fish processed like this in Campbell River. Thanks.
A group I fish with in Nootka has used Campbell River Seafoods for decades. The lox and hot pepper smoked salmon is fantastic... I have not tried other processors. It take a while for the smoked salmon to be produced though - like a month... I believe they cannot take fillets. Fish must be whole.
