Me too-Having known him since the very early 80's.Enjoyed many good conversations with him over the years.The man had great heart and a greater understanding of the fish and how to angle for them.
I can true say he is probley one of the very best anglers and outdoorsman that I have the pleasure to meet & say I'm a better person over my years having know him.

I was first introduced to Calvin back in the 80's when I worked for B.C. Packers in Steveston and needed a local tackle shop. He was outgoing, helpful and energetic. He had great stories and was genuinely interested in helping you become a better angler. We shared a few stories over the years.

I will miss him.
