17 ft. 1981 Boston Whaler Montauk. I have owned This terrific boat for 4 years and bought the 8 hp Yamaha 4-stroke and Karavan trailer brand new, as well as the VHF and Compass. With the capital cost of the boat and the new stuff I bought for it, I have about $18,000 invested in it. It is in excellent condition and in top operating order. The only reason I am selling it is because I have bought an 18ft Boston Whaler Outrage and don't need 2 boats. Offered at $12,900.00
The Montauk includes:
- 1998 Yamaha 90 horsepower 2-stroke engine with low hours;
- 2006 Yamaha 8 horsepower 4-stroke engine;
- 2006 Karavan trailer (galvanized) with swing tongue;
- Wired for electric downriggers;
- Standard Horizon PS 1000 Phantom VHF Radio;
- Garmin GPS; and
- Compass
Both engines have always had regular servicing, and are going in for this year's service Monday March 14.
Trailer wheel bearings replaced July 2010. A collection of photos of the boat are attached.
