1) Dedicated funding model

2) All license/tag fees go back to the resource, like freshwater fisheries

3) It has independent oversight

4) Government sets objectives immediately

Filled in my many comments, I hate to be the pessimist but by reading Gov Questionnaire I see far to many minority group mentioned first in every single portion for comment. I have the feeling by looking thru this it really means something else and has nothing to do with science based management, wildlife receiving any financial increases, recreational hunters using, controlling or even having access to the resource. Just me? Seams in line with Trudeaus idea of FN controlling Canadas wildlife?? Please let me be wrong. What's the historical stats on current Premier following any recommendations from users? I'm not bending over or turning my back??? But one can hope something changes for the better.

You have a VERY valid point HM.
Unless a lot of us point those issues out, this current form of government will run with what they've proposed.
You know, in the spirit of reconciliation after all...

What really pisses me off the most is the number of buddies who have just given up. Still hunt but state they cant stop the end. Its exactly what the antis, Gov and minorities want.
