THE SALISH SEA SALMON CHALLENGE!
Come on out in the derby have some fun fishing and support local chinook enhancement!
EVENT INFO – The inaugural Salish Sea Salmon Challenge is a one day fun fishing derby that will take place on Saturday 31 August 2019. The event runs rain or shine and is open to public participation. Derby proceeds will go towards supporting the Sooke Basin Chinook Enhancement Initiative and other initiatives.
PRIZE BOARD – The prize board has three parts: (1) a cash prize for the largest salmon weighed in; (2) a cash draw prize – each ticket purchased has an automatic entry into this draw prize; and (3) there will be raffle, 50/50 and special draws held at the derby headquarters during the event.
(The biggest salmon and main cash draw prize value will grow based on total number of derby tickets sold)
TICKETS – Ticket price is $60.00 per rod
