Just read on CKNW.....no life jackets and no life raft. Life raft may have been on board....and you would hope life jackets but just no time to get them on I assume? Doesn't justify not wearing them....but you would think they must have capsized pretty quickly or this is just an ill-prepared commercial fisherman.

They were here also just shy of the high slack....although Porlier can be pretty tumultuous.
