Albino Orca & Family plus A Whales Tail......

Photographer Garry Henkel hit the jackpot recently when he found the transient Orca pod with an albino youngster passing by, as one can tell by his pics.

And a whale's tail too, given Orcas are dolphins.





Got to love living on the water.

I don't know. I just snipped a few photos from Facebook. There is a write-up in today's edition of the Campbell River Mirror about the albino Orca.

Been good whale activity so far this year. I've seen Orca transients heading north, then south a couple of days later, plus a couple of sightings of Humpbacks too.

Lord knows what I don't see, given I'm not always out and about.
