Got out today and set two prawn traps on the east side of Gambier at 325 ft. 4 hour set gave me 30 prawns. Set them from low tide and pulled them just before high tide.
Going back tomorrow and give it a full 3 - 4 tide wait.
Also spent the four hours fishing. nada.
But the weather was beautiful and I really didn't mind the lack of fish - this time!
Is there anything in Howe Sound this time of year. There were others fishing but being a weekday, not that many. Several at hole-in-the-wall though.
