2008 F250 parts

I have a 2008 F250. It has 22 hrs on new rebuilt leg, 22hrs on new heads. unfortunately developed a problem steming from work Boatland did, and boatland dealership Dan will not stand behind the $5100 bill. Leg rebuilt seperatly at $1600 on boatland recommendation. For a marine mechanic, probably simple fix, otherwise, perfectly good heads rebuilt by mongoose, leg, newer insurance cowling (from theft), fuel rails, starter...basically complete engine, with controls. best way to contact will be email hooktendersportfishing@gmail.com $4400 FIRM

Head boat land mechanic said couple bolts vibrated out at 22hrs after a 5100 bill... »they weren’t important ones » I shouldn’t be upset? Also told by dealership Dan from boatland, I guess I was told not to fix motor from the begginging, and I should walk away?
