2004 Suzuki 140 corrosion?

My son has been looking at a CC 19' with a 2004 Suzuki 140. There are no gauges to indicate hrs but owner has stated 900. The hull is in good shape but the leg of the kicker is corroding from the outside and the attached picture of the port side of the main concerns me. I have always believed that motors, especially ones on trailered boats should be squeaky clean under the cowling if properly maintained. Does that picture show a motor that simply needs a cleaning or do you feel it shows signs of something more serious?

I'd pull the side panels off and check the engine holder for corrosion or see if the plug has been replaced and then check some of the engine anodes.

Doesn't look too serious.
A clean up and good spray with an anti corrosive will put it right.

That era of Suzuki is known for corrosion of the area where holder bolts in block on 90-140 hp.
