Tuna, 2018 - it won't be long

I just pm'ed Oli to see if he's heard anything. We are going to see if we can run straight out tomorrow, looks like a good break and not too far offshore. I will let you know how we do.

Well done Bob, we will be arriving in WH next Friday, and will be there for 8 days, looking forward to shooting out if there is a good weather break! There will be a couple buddy boats there as well, with plenty of tuna experience, including Oli.

The more the merrier when going out to the grounds! Hope we can all form a team and go get em.
 
I gave Oli our numbers last night, he was going to try to run out there today. Looking forward to fishing with you guys.Do you live in Hardy?
 
Awesome that you guys are going to be there for Oli’s derby.

We have booked moorage at his dock for that weekend.

Thinking there will be a few more boats from Hardy making the trip. Weather permitting that is.

Should have a good mix of boats out hunting down the longfins.

Very much looking forward it.

Sounds good, we might anchor at Kaines the night before. I should have a couple other boats with me from Port Alice.I have a 30' Osprey, just call for Bob on the radio.

We are bombing down from Vernon, what channel will you be monitoring out there. We will be in a 2470 pursuit, After Hours. Looking forward to hunting as a team.

Hey Isvan, good luck to you guys! We will be arriving in WH around noon Friday! Any opportunity from Saturday and onward that the weather gives us, we will be shooting out! Looking forward to hearing your results Friday evening over a cocktail.

Hey @Fishtofino, you still interested in trying this weekend? We are around Saturday-Monday, bringing our own boat, room for two more as I mentioned.

You said you were hoping Monday...we could do a 3/4 day Monday but would have to be back in the Harbour before 4pm to go and get to a Ferry.

Saturday / Sunday no good for you?

We're planning on Friday as well, I'll be on 12 , just plain Bob, boat is "HOOKUP" but it get's too confusing when we're tuna fishing.

Yeah, i have salmon trips Friday thru Tuesday so that won't work for me. I have 2 crews on stand by for the 5th thru the 9th...fingers crossed!
