I normally like a BBQ that can get very hot but I just got a sea b cue and used it for the first time and damn is it ever hot! I've only used it once and was cooking a pretty thick steak and it would sear the outside in like a minute and the inside of the steak is basically uncooked. This is on the lowest heat setting. Anyone else have any issues with too hot of a sea-b-cue? I guess it won't be as hot as I use it more often and the burner gets clogged up but I'm just curious what other people think of their sea-b-cue.
