Might be a hard sell as a package especially if it is pick up only in Alberta. Would assume vast majority of people who would want any of this would be on the Island.

$3000 gets it all!... As I mentioned, I know there are allot of Islanders that work and travel through Red Deer quite often so not that big a deal.
