Fresh Mussels

So I'm in Tofino this weekend pigging out on fresh mussels from in front of the cabin, and I've been steaming 'em in white wine . 30 pounds of mussels later, this is getting a little boring. Anyone got any quick suggestions before I leave tomorrow?

I a deep pan make your best ceasar minus the vodka. Steam them in it, when they are open and done drizzle with your favorite Vodka and eat, then drink.

You will figure it out.

Works well with clams and oysters as well.
