Esquimalt Anglers’ Member’s Derby

Time Limit: Sunrise Sunday to final weigh-in at 2 p.m.

Cancellation: If the Derby is to be canceled due to bad weather, it will be announced as early as possible on Channels 68 VHF and 13 CB .

Boundaries: In a Line from Race Rocks to the Yellow Marker to Trial Island.

Presentation of Prizes:
Esquimalt Anglers’ Clubhouse at 2:15 pm Sunday.
Prizes:

• Cash prizes for the 3 largest salmon.
• 1[SUP]st[/SUP] place $500.00.
• 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] place $300.00.
• 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] place $200.00.
• Additional hidden weight, draw prizes and kids’ prizes.

Rules:

• Every person in the boat must be an Esquimalt Anglers member. Annual membership fees: Boat owner $50.00, Associate $10.00, Junior FREE. (Minimum 5 yrs. old to enter Derby).
• Minimum weigh-in weight is 4 pounds.
• Fish weighed-in must be caught inside the boundaries.
• Members weighing-in salmon must produce a valid fishing licence and membership card.
• Salmon weighed-in must arrive at Clubhouse by boat.
• Salmon weighed-in qualify for the Members’ Derby only.

Participants must be in attendance at the draw to win a hidden weight or draw prize—only one prize per member.
