Your Hotrod or Classic Car Pics

I'm sure there are a few guys and gals on here that have a car passion and own some nice rides. Would be nice to see some pics so if we see one another at any show and shines or shows we will know that we share fishing as a hobby too. Mine is a 65 Mustang my dad bought new and is the car I learned to drive in when I was 16. It is a factory paint car that my dad kept stock. This past winter I resto-ed it but honored the factory paint by only cleaning the engine bay and undercarriage. So I now have an even rarer factory paint restmod. 429 HP 331 stroker produced from a 302 Dart block. 5 speed Tremec and a 9 inch. Front discs, Borgeson steering and Global West front suspension.

my 1967 f100 390 truck second owner
Nice truck. My last one of that style was a 72 Sport Custom, red/white roof, 390 4 speed but a 3/4 ton. Had lots of fun with it… those 67 to 72’s were great trucks….probably the best years for Chey’s too.

My 1969 Camaro Z/28 with the Rally Sport Option. Not many of the Z/28-RS versions. 302 cubic inch, 4 speed, factory 4.56 rear end gears, it was a stop light bandit. I added the cowl induction hood with factory parts awhile later. Yes, I cry when I watch Barret Jackson, as I sold it decades ago.

I've done almost everything except paint since i got it, still looking for a few things for it, stock rims and hubcaps, ignition shielding , NOS would be nice and anyone with leads on those parts would be appreciated, can get from Corvette Central if I really wanted to go that way.
1 pic is my sons 1971 GMC and I in an Alberni meet.
Last couple pics is my dad, my best friend, and I just before he passed, he loved going for a rip in it. Miss him

What a beauty. Now that's a collector! So great you could share it with your dad. My dad originally bought the Miata because all my sibs talked about wanting a share - but in the end, he and I were the only ones who bucked up. Miss him too.

I miss my 58 every day

67 Camaro I built with my son when he was a teenager. Start plan was mild resto ended up being full custom in and out. 406 cu in small block with AFR heads roller cam forged rotating assembly etc, auto trans with Gear Vendor overdrive, Moser 12 bolt rear end etc etc. Body and subframe taken to bare metal
Literally everything was gone through
My son was 13 when we started restoration and still has it at 35 at his place on the Okanagan.

I’ve been building a 29 ford Tudor with my father in law ever since I proposed to his daughter. That was 11.5 years ago. Haha. I dont have any pics on this phone but I can tell you that there’s a lot of hours of welding on it. Floors pans. The dash. Tubbed out fenders. Frame. Chopped roof. It’s all custom. Just needs a motor and trans dropped in.

I have two cars.

1966 convertible Décor luxury mustang, 51,000 miles on it.

This car sat in a garage for over 18 years, and I had to replace anything with a rubber seal in it like shocks, steering rack, and the carpets…. I also stripped the entire interior out and replaced the carpets due to an oil stained carpet, all the other parts of the interior are original and were super cleaned and installed back in the car. There was no rust, and the entire interior and trunk were sprayed with rubber base paint and sound deadener install before re assembly.

There were 72,000 rag top mustangs made in 1966 and only 12,500 Décor models and this one was made in San Jose.

Optional Interior Décor Group included: Pleated seats with galloping pones, Rally-Pac clock and tachometer combo, Walnut grained trims, full length shifter console, moulded door panels, Pistol-grip door handles, courtesy lighting, and power top. Matching trunk mat , tire cover and jack bag. 289 ci (c2), front power disk brakes, power steering, steel style wheels, handling package and a Cruise-O Matic tranny.
