I had lots of left overs after frying up some crispy Halibut with a lemon dill sauce and some stir fried leeks fennel and carrots, so I gave a plate to the neighbor. As she had already had dinner she had a taste and then covered it with plastic film and put it on the counter to cool down while she watched TV. She apparently fell asleep for 40 minutes and when she woke she went into the kitchen to put it into the fridge. Apparently her two cats got up on the counter and were not big on the veggies and sort of batted them around but they ate every bit of the crispy halibut and licked the plate clean. Who knew that cats love lemon dill sauce with their crispy fish.
