Cooked up the larger of those Save-On roasts last night. My god, she was a beeeeauty! In a panic because of the heat in the house, my wife cracked open the 2012 Burrowing Owl Merlot. Not a bad Thursday night.

Smoked a domestic Duck on Sunday, had it with the leftover trimmings from the Lamb + a blueberry garlic butter and lemon zest drizzle . Monday the wife made thin 00 Smoked duck pizza with andouille, roasted cherry tomato's basil n garlic! x2 mmmm Thanks Honey

Anyone on the griddle train? Got one a week ago and definitely two thumbs up. Made some cheesesteaks out of ribeye and breakfast is a winner. Easy cleanup and outdoor cooking!

Yeah they are pretty reasonable re price. I got the blackstone 22”. Good size but the 36” would be nice if cooking for lots of people. Ordered mine from Amazon and got the propane 20lb tank adapter and a cover.
