Wanted: Trophy Titan rod butt cap

Bit of a long shot but I lost the rubber butt cap from a Trophy Titan XL. Having a tough time tracking 1 down.

Any luck locating one of these? I'm in need of one also. The Scotty downrigger mounted rod holders like to rip them off and spit them in the drink.

I gave up looking for 1. Glued a beer bottle cap on temporarily which worked ok until I found a better option which ended up being a plastic knob off of a air filter cover from a Stihl chainsaw.

Try these SHEPHERD HARDWARE PRODUCTS 4 Pack 1-1/8" Black Rubber Furniture Leg Tips from home hardware I like the plastic ones better
Make sure you take all the tape off they use for filler and fill the tip to about the 1/2 way mark with epoxy It will ooze out If the rubber tip comes off again the epoxy will be the new butt end (the tip is like a mold )

Trophy rods have a no questions asked lifetime warranty, or at least they used to. Take it back get a new rod. Same thing happened to one of mine.
