Upcoming SRKW exclusion zone in 29-3

Does anyone know if the upcoming SRKW boundaries in 29-3 were assembled by DFO for this closure? The Navionics app actually shows it, but I am not aware if a recent update added these boundaries or if they were always there and DFO just used them out of ease.

this assigned a SKW forging zone, although in the many times I've been there i have yet to see any pods accept in the distance moving through the straight. Conveniently Its been noted this closure works well with the coming sockeye run and the there's a FN right at the mouth. Nothing will change until there's a change in Ottawa

That closure is perfect for nets to be set out across the hole they cut in the North Arm jetty to allow everything to funnel right into your net.
