Trailer tires wanted

Had the last blowout yesterday, upgrading to 15" wheels and tires with more load capacity, single axle with 18.6 DE seems to much for 14" tires. Looking for 2 15" rims, 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern, tires 205/75/15 or similar.

I just picked up a couple trailer tires from Cedar.
How old do you think brand new tires should be? According to the DOT code, these are already 18 months old.
I know tires can sit in a warehouse, but what age would be acceptable?
